8. Stay in shape. Moving boxes may help your workout, but if you do a morning jog, keep doing your morning workout. If you need to pack your fitness equipment, consider a short-term replacement. Perhaps obtain a free trial at a health club. At least, take a swift stroll each day to emerge from the moving chores. Exercise is proven to lessen stress.
